Order processing
Orders are sent to the appropriate fulfillment partner after payment is confirmed. Processing times can vary by product and partner. Tracking details are emailed as soon as they become available.
Separate packages
Orders containing products from different partners may arrive in separate packages and on different days. You will not be charged additional shipping solely because an order is divided into multiple shipments.
Delivery estimates
Delivery timing is an estimate, not a guarantee. Carrier delays, severe weather, address issues, high-volume periods, and partner processing times may affect arrival. Please review tracking updates for the most current information.
Complimentary shipping
Complimentary standard U.S. shipping is available on qualifying orders of $150 or more after discounts and before taxes, unless otherwise stated.
Address changes and delivery issues
Contact Client Care as soon as possible if an address is incorrect. We cannot guarantee changes after fulfillment begins. If tracking shows a delivery problem, damaged package, or missing item, contact us with your order number and photographs when applicable so we can investigate with the fulfillment partner.
